- The Client faced challenges in executing a full regression
testing suite within a two-week cycle. - Despite the efforts of their manual testing team,
including extended working hours, critical issues still
slipped into production due to insufficient test coverage
across various compatibility and configuration
scenarios. - The leadership was in search of a sustainable solution to
expedite their release process and enhance the stability
of their Salesforce environment.
Our Approach
Stage 1 : Discovery
- The team explored critical onboarding
functionalities, established relationships, and
gained insights into release cycles and testing
processes.
Stage 2 : Smoke & Sanity
- We designed scalable test automation
framework and automated about 250+ end to
end smoke and sanity tests that covers the
20% core functionality of the bank.
Stage 3 : Regression
- We automated about 2300+ regression tests
covering all positive, alternate and negative
flows for the bank and integrated with Azure
Pipelines with browser farms.
Results Achieved
Through Qeagle’s strategic approach, the client achieved significant improvements in their release processes within 9 months duration and improved overall product quality.
